Simon came to quote for the damage to the front of our roof. He got up on the ladder to inspect what needed to be done. He also checked other parts of the roof for damage and took photos of the things he had found to show me. Simon completed the work today, it took him longer than first anticipated as the hip tiles were cemented to the roof and he had to angle grind them off. He kept me informed and showed me what the problem was as he was working. He messaged me to let me know his arrival time each day.

These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.
