They replaced a floorboard for me. They arrived when they said and the job was done quickly. They also cleaned and tidied up after the job was completed.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

I had a similar experience to the reviewer who posted a one-star rating. Rahman was friendly and hardworking during the job, but then proved to be completely unreliable. Over several months, he repeatedly promised to remove a large amount of timber left behind in my garden after the job, but simply failed to turn up. As I do not own a car, I now will need to pay someone to do it

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

The business is owned by Nick who retired after 31 years in the Fire Service; his role in the Fire Service was mainly as an operational officer in charge of fire engines and attending emergency 999 calls, but he also worked in the community fire safety department which included fire prevention. Massively pleased with the work Nick did for us. We were left high and dry by our previous HETAS engineer with a half installed and uncertified wood burner. Nick was really clear on the work that needed to be done and completed everything efficiently and with no fuss. The quality of the installation is second to none. Would highly recommend NDT. We wish we’d found them earlier!
