The poor review I posted wasn't about the later repairs. It was about the inital calls and emails I made which took a week to confirm the original work date ( poor reliability) and the difference in value between actual materials used and labour (quality and value) .
I have a 4 years of experience in this work. I can fix them as well as repair them. UPVC & aluminium, changing the handle and hinde. Adjust all windows and door, UPVC & aluminium.
The pricing was competitive, communication was excellent, and he not only resolved the issue he was called for, but also adjusted a second door to prevent it from happening again.
