Months after deposit given still no work started. It’s been an unreasonable amount of time to hold my deposit with no work starting but I’m being told I can’t get my money back. Very upsetting and disappointing

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
