Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

Andrew arrived at time arranged, looked and surveyed the job on roof. He actually adjusted a gutter pipe for me that wasn't even to do with the problem for no charge and gave me a quote that I was happy with. He came back the next day to do the work and said he will be happy to come back for the payment the following week. found him to be very professional and polite and certainly knew what needed to be done to rectify the problem. Ewan n Liam were very professional from the off set bring samples of the materials that they would be using for the job if we decided to go them. Once we had others out to quote we decided to got with these guys, the wk before the job they were checking that we were still going ahead with the job. No money was taken up front for the materials payed after the job was completed needless to say we were very happy ???? customers, whilst the job was going on there were quite a few passers by commenting.
