He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. The work was carried out as agreed to repair the leak on our flat roof. It was a good quote and reasonable cost. Both Jack and Nathan were professional and friendly. A receipt was given. Happy that a new down pipe has been fitted so that the water does not directly drain onto the flat roof which is good. :-) .
