He kept me informed on the order he was doing things.He covered all the flooring and cleared up as he went along as well as at the end of the job. He was always punctual, arriving on time every day. Phil turned up bang on time to quote for the job. He's very experienced and quoted a very competitive price. He also took the time to explain the limitations of a patch repair as my pebble dash render is near 70 years old and in reality needs renewing which I will do when funds allow. We organised a time for the job, he turned up on time and just go on with it, took less than 2hrs and he cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for more.

I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
