Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Did a good job, However an initially good quote quickly became not so good when I asked for a couple of quite small jobs added, also a couple of things they said needed doing. The price doubled.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
