You hear of so many 'horror stories' about tradespeople who you invite into your home and put your trust in them to fix whatever has gone wrong. I definitely chose the most reliable, honest and hardworking to replace my ceiling and plaster after a leak and the complete dismantling of my ceiling. Chas was honest from the start, explained exactly what his plan was, and stuck to it, He kept me informed, turned up on time and never stopped, although a very messy job. They were completely respectful ofmy home.

Ste replied to the job promptly and arranged to come and replace the floor the very next day. He has done an excellent job. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Fair price, excellent workmanship

Tony came and sanded and re sealed our living room floor. He was professional, polite and friendly. He did a sterling job and we are delighted with his work! Definitely would recommend him without hesitation. Five stars all around

Initially the job was to decorate the hallway in my flat but when I saw the standard of work ended up having my lounge, kitchen and bedroom decorated too. Paul very friendly guy and easy to talk to , arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards. Would certainly hire him again in the future and can highly recommend him.

John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.

Phil from Greenbank joinery quoted an outstanding price for the job, I was able to make the decision to hire him immediately based on the initial visit to discuss the work and the price I would pay on completion. Phil was polite, friendly, understanding, professional and the quality of his work and how quickly he completed the job was brilliant. I would recommend using Phil to friends and family. Mark and his apprentice turned up on time, erected their scaffolding and repaired the lead on the back of the chimney. It took less time than he thought and adjusted the price accordingly. Having his own scaffolding makes a huge difference to both the price and timescale. Definitely recommended.
