Was generally happy with the job, a few corners were missed and some debris was left under the lacquer, which I can't remove. For the price paid, £50 per sqm, I would have expected higher attention to detail. The job as well seemed rushed and manufacturer's instructions could have been followed better.

Ryan was very cooperative, especially as I had bought the wrong size of vinyl at our first attempt to get our kitchen floor covering laid!! On our second attempt, with different vinyl, the correct size he made a very good job of laying & fitting our kitchen floor. The only slight little hiccup was that Ryan had been held up with other clients/ jobs/ travelling time which meant he arrived 5 hours late but we appreciated him still completing our floor at the end of. his busy working day.

Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Yani is an amazing plasterer. His work is first class and our walls are now as smooth as glass. We are having every room plastered, , and painted, and Yani is an expert at it all. The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Keiran did that rare thing of turning up exactly when he said he would. Tidy and friendly, and reasonably priced. He removed a glass pane from door and fitted wooden replacement before installing cat flap - looks smart and exactly what I wanted; he also installed MDF shelves in a walk in cupboard - not exactly complex, but affordable and exactly what I needed.
