Luke did an amazing job and we are so happy with the end result. Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Marius was thorough, professional and an expert at his trade. He was easy, pleasant to have around and explained the whole process from the start. He delivered on time and was great value.

Remove wallpaper from hall, stairs and landing, plaster walls and ceiling and paint. Plaster walls and ceilings in living room and cloakroom and paint. Extremely courteous workmen, who turned up on time each day, worked continuously though out the day with only a short break for lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Keen to do a good job. Job ran over time but this was because of problems uncovered when wallpaper removed. We were delighted with finished rooms etc.

Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area. His work is to a very high standard and he was very professional. When we get more work done in the future we won't hesitate to contact him again.

Unbelievable! Called within seconds of my posting the advert (it was marked urgent !) Knew exactly what the issue was from just the call and pictures. Agreed a price over the phone and was at my place within the hour. It was a pain of job ( and I'm particularly fussy) but I couldn't ask for a better service and tradesperson. The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
