The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. After 14 months of BT trying to resolve an ongoing problem with WIFI and hours on the phone to the them we finally decided to contact South Wales Electrical and Property and I must say what an amazing service from start to finish. Problem resolved with no further issues, would highly recommend!

Julian was brilliant from start to finish. He was communicable, provided clear information, friendly and professional throughout. He completed the external render of our extension to match the rest of the house and it’s perfect.
No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Took 4 months to repair water damage to living room ceiling. Small damp testing holes left unfilled in walls. After 6 months they are either unable or unwilling to give me the value of the insurance claim for me to get new policy quotes. Regretfully I cannot recommend using this company.
Excellent work very reliable. No additional charges from the quote given which was very competitive. Finished in a reasonable time, even did few minor jobs in addition. Also cleaned up well when finished. Would definitely use for other jobs.
