Daniel had a difficult job trying to paint our ceilings white(4 off) because of the different existing colours but he kept coming back to recoat them until we were both happy. He is a grand lad, very cheerful and helpful.

Jason was absolutely first class from initial contact to completion of the job. A really genuine guy who worked out the most cost effective way to do the job. A very neat builder and completed the removal of my door and bricking up in the day. Once finished went above and beyond to ensure everything was neat and tidy. I would not hesitate in recommending Jason to do a job and I will be using him again. Thanks Stuart

Julian at Beauchief was both professional in his approach and diligent in his work. Communication was very good both talking through the job / options and during, with regular photos updating progress. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

Chris capped a chimney for me. He was prompt, friendly and highly professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. After assessing the job he also charged me less than he initially quoted on the phone and not many people do that! Highly recommended.

In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.

Very disappointed with Ash, after his initial visit was full of false promises. His reliability has become very poor and he also disputed the agreed payments, after he’d been doing our garden for a few weeks. If you want a reliable trustworthy gardener, I do not recommend Ash.

John and his team did a fantastic job replacing a Velux window for a larger one, fixing the flashing on two chimneys, fixing and clearing my gutters. It was a pleasure having them advise and fixing damp penetration issues I was having. Would recommend highly.

At the time the work was done in August we were satisfied. Albeit the work was left unfinished as he didn't exactly complete what he agreed to, to our satisfaction. I was back at work myself as the work ran over the 5 days agreed. Looking at it right now, the standard was poor, surfaces were not smoothed off and marks left everywhere. The main damp corner has now come back damp as when the work was commissioned. Disappointing really as now looks like we have been taken for fools for 700 notes.

Turned up when said they would, efficient service, hopefully the leaking gutter joints have been resolved.
