I advertised for a Painter Decorator having looked Mr Art rating I chose them. Their work was unbelievably good well beyond my expectation, from the day they started they were punctual and hard working very skilfull no job was too hard for them. I recently hired Sergiu from SR Bespoke Joinery to address a bathroom leak and repair the resulting damage to the ceiling, as well as re-tile the area behind the sink. Despite some complications in locating the leak, Sergiu approached the situation with impressive calmness and logic, ultimately identifying and resolving the issue effectively. Throughout the project, Sergiu exhibited professionalism and punctuality. He maintained a clean work environment, ensuring that everything was tidied up.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
