Had toilet water tank leak. Veron was very understanding and professional and provided excellent service to locate the source of leak and isolate. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

Rowan, rang me on Sunday and I replied back and within few minutes he rang back to discuss the job. Took some details & in 1/2 hr qt was on watts up. I rang up and settled the price. I wanted the job done on Wed. After reshuffling his job Wed fixed. He came in time at 8.30 am and started straight away. He does not stop for breaks- on his own till 4.30 pm.
