He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. I could not fault the service I received from Richards & White. When I explained we were hoping to get this job done fairly quickly they were very accomodating. They were able to complete the job and send me a full copy of the written report that same day; both by post and email. Although I never met with them personally (they were carrying out the job on a house I was in process of buying) they were very polite and helpful in all communications. I would not hesitate to use Richard and White again and would highly recommend them.

Tom did a cracking job for us. Quoted late on Friday evening, started 1st thing monday morning. The quote was very competitive, the cheapest of 5 we had. Work was of excellent quality, did more than we asked for, Work was completed a lot faster than i expected, very clean and tidy and tidied up at the end of each day. Would highly recommend, and will definately be using him for all of our future electrical work
