There was a water pipe problem at an HMO that I own and water was leaking from under the sink. After calling a number of plumbers no one could attend for two days. I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project.
