While I'm sure they are fine with modern combi boilers, they were unable to do more than attempt to turn on my old back boiler (in the same way I would) they then refused to diagnose anything further and charged a reduced callout fee. I spent nearly £100 for them to do no more than I had already.

We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
