Most companies I’d previously spoken to wanted to rip it all out. We’re very pleased with the results. Thank-you. Overall 5/5. I’d shave a few percent off for planning. My advice is: if you value/need a hand holding service then budget at least double, probably more. Absolutely recommend. A high quality bathroom at a fair price.

He fitted the water pump on 2 August and charged me £550. It never worked adequately from day one. Repeated promises that he'd come to replace it. I last had such a promise in early December. It's now the end of January. I'm a pensioner now, so have to wait to pay someone else to fit a new one - they quoted me only £250-300 ... when I can afford it in March, I'll have it done. I don't expect I'll hear from him again. Very disappointed to say the least

I also issue landlord safety certificates and cover heat pumps. I have worked with many companies, including British Gas. I provide all my customers with great customer care. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
