Dean was responsive, helpful and proactive. He came out to attend our leaky bath tap quickly and replaced it. He was also able to fix our water stop tap and a leak on the hot water tank very promptly. As a bonus he was also able to confirm that our boiler did NOT in fact need £3k of work done under warranty as advised by a commercial firm last weekend! Very good came out to see if he could fix it but the boiler was beyond repair so we have had a new boiler plus had our system converted into a sealed system he worked hard over 2 days and got it all up and running fantastic company will be using again and boiler is booked on for its first service next year
