I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Most companies I’d previously spoken to wanted to rip it all out. We’re very pleased with the results. Thank-you. Overall 5/5. I’d shave a few percent off for planning. My advice is: if you value/need a hand holding service then budget at least double, probably more. Absolutely recommend. A high quality bathroom at a fair price.

Rodney and Joe have been very helpful with my request. Initially, there was a leak with the filter and this was fixed on the day. However, I also experienced a boiler pressure issue which Rodney and Joe have also fixed. Their work involved.1.Supplied and fitted new pressure relief valve 2. Reppresurised expansion vessel. 3. Cleaned out pressure relief valve system 4. Tested for leaks 5. Fired up boiler, tested and waited until it's fully functional. I would recommend Rodney and Joe for their services
