We are delighted with Tim’s excellent and professional service in fitting a replacement radiator and clearing a problem drain for my elderly mum. He responded straight away with his quote and I found him very reassuring when he explained on the phone how he would carry out the job and how he was able to complete the job within a week, which was perfect timing for us. Excellent service, the problem was tricky as the boiler had suddenly failed with a blank control panel (fuse ok). Initial testing failed to find a fault but after some deep system checks the cause was discovered and he left me with a fully working system. He went the extra mile, definitely use again.

Sunil turned up on time, reviewed the fault with the boiler and fixed it. Carried out a power flush, service, and reset the thermostat on the immersion heater. The heating is now running back to normal. Good, prompt and courteous service.

Then why is your new company Studio Construction Ltd being forced to close. Why have you not replied to my many requests to complete works. Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. You tell me that I need to pay for already paid for materials theres more.
