Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. House was left exactly as it was before the job started. No mess. Being able to pay by debit card was nice too.

I just want to say I have the most beautiful bathroom that I absolutely love. Matt helped me decide on placement of furniture /colours. He listened to what I wanted but also added expertise on how best to design the bathroom. He also had a little look at my leaky boiler which was kind and I really appreciated that.
