Did the job but they are not local, they are in Kent and I’m in Devon. Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

I couldn't be happier with the work I've had done! A full kitchen fit with tiling, plumbing, and flooring etc plus decking and a pergola in the garden. All the tradesmen are employed so arranging contractors isn't a problem. The men are friendly and very good at what they do. Nothing is a bother for them.
