Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. House was left exactly as it was before the job started. No mess. Being able to pay by debit card was nice too.

Good price and turned up on time Would have been 5* but they left all the old system behind (they only took the copper/scrap metal) - a number of wooden beams were left in the attic to which we had to manually bring down. System registered with Building control and all documents received quickly. Had 1 small issue with an old pipe not being cut far enough but they came out within a few days to sort. I Would recommend and use this company again.
