Update. Less than a year later hot water cylinder stopped working. Nick doesn't return call nor text nor emails. On top of that he never sent any supporting documents as it was promised, so I now I have difficulties claiming a warranty. Shady. Stay away.
Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Sent a very clear and helpful quote and was ready to hire. But somehow my immersion heater has come back to life with no repair! Would recommend as one of the only heating engineers that gave me upfront clear pricing.
Spent about 2hours to do the job. Checking gas supply first before cutting pipe,adding a section of pipe and gas key. Then removed old gas cooker outside and connected new cooker and chain, then explained the controls. Make sure you get a new rubber cooker connector if required. No idea if expensive or not £150. Would recommend.
