Probably explains why it costs £200 labour for a few minutes work with no parts. £200 is a going to be the minimum charge from these guys based on the way they structure the pricing. Finding someone local would have been about a quarter of the price.

Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate.
