Really disappointed with Callan. He did not have the competence for the job as the central heating system was more complex than he had seen before. This is not my complaint though. My complaint is that he did not fully tighten a valve in the hot water pipe which runs through my garage so nearly flooded it and he left the bed rooms completely without any heat - none of the upstairs radiators work now and he took one of the valves. That's either theft or just absent mindedness. He also doesn't return calls.

I had to call Sean to fix a bad job done by a previous plumber. It was a difficult job as he had to fix a few issues created by the previous person. Sean just got ahead with job, without comments or judging, fixed the issues, got a few pipes reconnected by attaching new ones ad-hoc bent and got everything done within a reasonable time and honest price.

I hired RT-Gas&Electrical engineers LTD for a total renovation of my flat including plumbing and electrical work, plastering, design and fitting of a new bathroom and kitchen, painting and carpentry. Robert and his team carried out the work in the agreed timescale, they all worked very hard, shown a total dedication the project, creating solutions to unexpected problems. Excellent company, meticulous, trustworthy and of high quality. I would definitely recommend them to others including friends and family.

I required a kitchen gas pipe to be moved. Mr Munro identified unnecessary pipes, so he was able to make the route shorter and much better than initially expected. The copper pipes look very good as well. He was also able to help with another Plumbing job, I had. Very pleased.

Excellent service. Got a quote on the Thursday, and the fitter arrived to install my boiler at 8.20 on the Monday. Work done to very good standard, and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend BeSure for any Heating/Boiler work

Guy was excellent. Very quick and efficient and able to suggest good solutions to tricky problems. He moved the boiler from the upstairs bedroom down into the kitchen, replaced all the plumbing and lead pipes in the kitchen, brought a gas pipe into the house for a cooker and put a new radiator in the kitchen. Really friendly, very trustworthy, flexible in working hours, happy to leave him alone in the house, have recommended him to friends and family and will definitley use him again in the house.

Tony is a very experienced and knowledgeable heating engineer and was able to identify the problem with our combi boiler quickly and correctly. Tony is very personable and explained the fault to me in layman’s terms. Tony’s rates are very reasonable and the job was completed proficiently with no mess and no fuss. They solved 2 worrying problems for me so pleasantly,quick, enthusiastically, professionally, honestly, carefully I was so impressed how they took care not to knock anywhere with the ladder when they needed to bring it through my house; ( I have no side or back entrance). We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive.
