Also messaged him again on here and no response. Very unprofessional and poor response. This company takes advantage of need for a fast call out. Very expensive and was mislead on charges when booked. Paid £180 (which was discounted) for 5 mins job to cap shower for broken value. They didn’t even take broken value out to help identify part needed. Called next day and said part unavailable (I later found the major parts supplier were closed that day so not sure where they checked) and was then quoted thousands to replace shower. Did my own research and found part for £40, replaced myself.
Was not happy with the service we got from All Home Repairs 24/7.the engineer they sent out to look at my daughters boiler barely looked at it before declaring that she probably needed a new boiler then charged us £120 for no result then left. We have subsequently had another engineer who fixed the problem in minutes and only charged £30. We were also charged £120 call out fee by All Home Repairs so I feel we paid a total of £240 for nothing and I suspect no refund will be forthcoming!

On the phone, seemed knowledgeable and we're very helpful with arranging a time to come that suited me. Only gripe is that they said it would likely take 2 hours, but were done after 30 mins saying the job was easier than expected. Still charged me the full amount though.
