I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. I was very happy with Mark, he's done a great job with the flooring and tiling all for a reasonable cost. He was punctual every day and got the job finished in good time. I've asked him to come back to do a few more jobs in a few weeks time.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Hired paul to reconfigure my kitchen. He did not complete the job and walked out after 3 weeks leaving numerous jobs unfinished. Many things they did have had to be redone, the finish was shoddy and I don't think he knows what a right angle is. Would obviously not recommend, other tradesmen that have seen his workmanship have told me to report him to trading standards. He left me with a half finished job, saying he was not able to achieve the level of finish I was looking for.

Rang back the same day. I didn't use them as I had a better quote from a local plumber and slightly quicker but, at least they rang and sounded very professional gave a rough quote for the work required which was reasonably competitive and a reasonable future date for the work to be done.

Rob came round really quickly and made an excellent job - came back again to sort out more problems despite having to come all the way from Weston super Mare. He is very friendly and helpful and the price was much less than I thought. I have now engaged him again to do a complete central heating system in our new house.
