There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Really pleased with Karol's and Marek's response and work. Having been without heating for 4 weeks, and let down by perhaps eight other heating engineers, Karol's quick response, and ability to fit the work in within a week, was a great relief. A mid-range price, but living in Stroud I didn't expect the cheapest. I had a rather quirky old system with a gravity-fed CH boiler and separate ancient water heater, but Karol worked everything out and replaced all with a modern combi. Thoroughly recommended.
