We had a leak coming from the pipework connected to the water tank. James identified the issue by us sending pictures and also by explaining on the phone. My bathroom floor under the bath was rotten and had a hole. He did an excellent job, cutting put the debris, checking the joist. He was transparent with the materials and pricing of the job. He came on time, got on with the work confidently and cleaned up and took the rubbish with him. He was respectful and considerate. I would definitely recommend him.
