James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. Was super impressed with this company. All you could ask for with prompt response, quote, work started and job finished. Pots and plants were removed carefully and replaced where requested. Where necessary timings were adjusted slightly but I was kept fully informed. Sand has now been gently brushed off and the flat roof looks like new. How good to find a company who works to this standard. I wish them well.

He completed the roofing task assigned and gave a 7 year warranty. But there was a significant leak the very next day when it rained. I have called severally for the leaks to be repaired based on the warranty but my calls and messages have been ignored.
