He was able to over me several options on the work I required, and also provided a quality of work that I could not find fault with. Rude and insulting. He should not be included on such a site and allowed to attend premises where he behaves so nastily. I had another builder from this site who was polite and nice. As a woman who lives alone I think this is unacceptable.
