Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. I cannot find a single fault with these guys. I took a bit of a flyer by going with a company I had no dealings with and only a recommendation from this site, but it paid off. They were out to see the job in no time and gave us a date for the work just a few days away. They fitted a quality boiler for a very competitive price. They were in and out in a single day with minimum fuss. We are very happy with the boiler. Quality of service was excellent. Everything was explained and they came through on all their promises. Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.

We would definitely recommend this company. Rob came out to do the work on a Sunday as we needed the job doing urgently. He did an excellent job, reasonably priced. He responded quickly with a follow up query which we had after the job had been completed.

In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Really lovely chap, and we'd happily have him back for any other work we may need. Highly recommend him.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.
