They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Michael arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation with my drains. He explained in detail what would be required along with a rough estimate of potential costs. Halfway through the job Michael had to contract Scottish Water and advise them that the problem was out with my property. When Scottish Water arrived he liaised with them on my behalf and stayed until the blockage was cleared. MJR carried out the work at a very reasonable price and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend MJR

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading
