Growing up, we were immersed in the building trade through our father’s work. Tom in particular, would assist our father on weekends, serving as his labourer. After forging separate career paths in customer care, the NHS, and the plumbing industry we decided to pool our collective skills in customer service management and building industry knowledge. Over 30 years of experience as a multi-tradesman. As well as being a qualified plumber I specialise in other wet trades e.g Decorating, Plastering & Rendering, Tiling & Bricklaying. Also, I fit laminate flooring, skirtings, architraves and timber stud work. I am always punctual and reliable, and clean and tidy in my work. I am also happy to assist in planning and designing projects.

Wayne undertook the construction of a single storey, ground floor extension for us in Exeter. Our architects design & subsequent structural engineers specification, wasn't without complications & I think everyone did a little head scratching! Nevertheless, Wayne & his team found solutions. They had to deal with delays in the steel production, some atrocious weather and lots of questions from us, but never complained! As a consequence, Wayne will be landscaping our garden too!

This is an interim review only. Throughout, Eddie was friendly, polite and very helpful indeed. He spent well over an hour diagnosing the problem correctly and trying over and over ways to put it right. Eventually he had to conclude that a fault had arisen in our twenty-year-old shower, which he could not remedy without co-operation from the manufacturer. He has sent an email with photos to the company with request for their assistance, and we await their reply.
