Really professional and helpful. Speedy quote, offered useful advice and suggestions to make what I wanted work. Will be booking them to now do a full kitchen refit alongside the downstairs toilet. While here they also replaced my shower within a few hours! Great customer service!

Really good quality work but really unreliable. I had him start a job in February and it's still not completed. Always cancelling when I took time off work to be at home to allow access and monitor works in my home. Really shocked that I have been totally disregarded as a customer who has also paid good money to get work done. Would not recommend!! avoid.

What a fantastic job Jack and the team did! As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. Communication was positive throughout the job and the sharing of design ideas and their experience was essential to achieve the results we wanted. Greg is a pleasant and well mannered electrician. He completed a rewire of our house to bring it up to standard. We paid in full, on basis that he would return to complete work and rectify faults. Left several messages and gave several months (almost a year) to respond by phone or email. No response so we got a reputable electrician to inspect, and he found several faults with work which is still not finished. Considerable extra cost now to correct. Happy to provide evidence to support this review.

I sadly have to give the ratings I have. I was chasing for an appointment so Mark & his brother could give a price, which I eventually got. Then I had to chase for a start date. Mark said his daughter was in hospital, which happens. I said I would wait. I asked did he want the job. He said it would be a few weeks. I said I would wait, & wait a & wait etc. I got no response. It was clear they did not want the job. My time was wasted. Sadly I would not reccomend. A case of Cherry picking.
