The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

Most companies I’d previously spoken to wanted to rip it all out. We’re very pleased with the results. Thank-you. Overall 5/5. I’d shave a few percent off for planning. All I asked to be built was 4 drawers (not even the full drawer cabinet) He just needed to put in the screws correctly. It lasted 3 days then fell apart - when I looked again i saw he missed/lost screws and didn’t tell me (and thats why the drawers fell apart). I found some of the screws laying around the working area the next day. When trying to discuss with him to fix it over a calm phone call he screamed at me in frustration and anger but I was the one who paid for a job that had not been done!?
