I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Adam had literally called and came to see me in within an hour of me posting the job up., He quoted and came back the same afternoon., although he came across some challenges by the previous workerleft he dealt with it fast and efficiently. Did not waste any time, left everything very tidy and even did an extra wee add on job for me. Reliable - priced excellently., Lovely guy, did what he promised in no time. Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.
My job was completed within a couple of days of being added to the site, within our budget and to a high standard. The guys were friendly and polite. Will certainly use them again.
Despite being told that he would contact me once he had received the parts of the window he needed, I have heard nothing for the past week. I will now need to find someone else who can get the job done. I wouldn't mind if he could not get the parts, but he has not contacted me either way, and so, I have been left wondering what is happening. I have left messages on his phone, but have heard nothing more.
