I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

The job: New render & coating to front of 1930's semi, hallway extended to incorporate porch, new windows + composite door, interior plastering to hall and fireplace surround, two new rads, one surplus rad removed. How: All to great quality standards, polite and skilled workers, very well managed with clear plan & timings and at competitive pricing. Solution-oriented team. Result: House has been greatly enhanced and got its kerb appeal back. Would highly recommend!
Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. (plus many other jobs over the last X6 months). Mark is competent in nearly all trades which made all the jobs X10 easier and cheaper. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark to anyone who wants any jobs doing. We will be using Mark for future work when we get round to it again. Thanks again.

However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.
