A final (and revised payment amount was agreed as main contractor had finished the undone areas. Not happy with the service at all. Zakir came to my house twice to see the job. I was told it would be a great job finished to a high level. The job was awful they could not do what I asked and all they wanted to do was put beading everywhere when I told them the flooring has to run under the skirting board. I am left with massive gaps that are not covered by my skirting boards. I showed pictures of what I wanted as I wanted border with gold trim around my tv wall.I’m left with sharp dangerous edges.

Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.
