Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. Not happy with the service at all. Zakir came to my house twice to see the job. I was told it would be a great job finished to a high level. The job was awful they could not do what I asked and all they wanted to do was put beading everywhere when I told them the flooring has to run under the skirting board. I am left with massive gaps that are not covered by my skirting boards. I showed pictures of what I wanted as I wanted border with gold trim around my tv wall.I’m left with sharp dangerous edges.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
