He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. John damaged the wall in few places while removing the existing coving and also damaged the newly installed corners. His boss advised that I could fill them in but no amount of filler or paint could hide the damage. Despite supplying all materials they still tried to charge me £16 for two tubes of caulk. No floor protection was used, mess left and damage to wood flooring. Extremely poor quality and lack of skill—avoid at all costs.

Tradesman came out to give a quote. Was advised I would be contacted by a painter about the staircase, I never heard from him. Contacted tradesman again, arranged a time in advance to complete job quoted for. Tradesman didn't come back to confirm, job not done.
I was very let down by this company last year. It ended up costing me nearly half as much again, as I was originally quoted, to get put right and get fixed up what 'improvements' he made. Not recommended by me at all.
