I have been a professional in this industry for 28 years covering Sandwell, Birmingham and Wyre Forest. Providing a quality affordable service . The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

I was expecting all the soil to be dug out and taken away but it was just pushed against the edge so the borders aren't flat but rise higher towards the edge like a mound

Came round and quoted good prices. Now that the work needs to be completed I cannot get hold of him. He has no communication skills. He also did the same with my mother in law. Wasn't even paid for the quotes, so would have thought he would be eager to complete job.

couple of pieces of the shed were not put together and only realised after they had left. Roof not fitted correctly leaving daylight being seen from inside of shed.
