Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.

Chris was able to guide us with our idea to convert our garage into a bedroom with ensuite. He provided easy to understand plans and graphics to help us visualise the possible end result. He also provided practicle ideas to help maximise the use of available space. A schedule of the work to be done was given and any changes were discussed. Tommy and his team did a very good job on our roof tile replacement which was carried out along with our semi-detached neighbour. They carried out the work efficiently and at a reasonable price which included pointing repairs to the chimney where we were experiencing rainwater leaking in. The team were polite and friendly and we were kept informed on the progress. They worked continuously on the job which was completed in seven days and even retiled a small extra porch at no extra cost. Very happy!

Very pleased with the work Shaun and his team undertook in replacing a leaking flat roof. I was kept fully appraised as the work progressed with a detailed explanation of what was required. Shaun is now pencilled in to undertake work inside my house reconfiguring the layout of my upstairs rooms.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
