Whilst the app is a good idea having to select a job costing beforehand when you're not sure how much to pay is very frustrating. It also reduces your negotiation of any job with the tradesman you're contacting, I've used the RP app a few times but not sure if I will use it again. On this occasion I only had 1 reply so was grateful to get the job done but it comes at a price.

I cannot say at this time if the problem has been solved, as the damp marks on the bedroom walls will obviously not disappear immediately. The explanation of the probable cause was explained to me , and l feel reasonably confident that the treatment will solve the problem .
