He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. Responded promptly to the job after I posted it on RP. Good communication throughout. Battled through the weather to get to me. Took some pictures of the problem and then fixed the issue the same day. Also repaired an issue with our windows. Sent me pictures of the completed work and provided 5 year guarantee on the invoice.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
