Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. I advertised for a Painter Decorator having looked Mr Art rating I chose them. Their work was unbelievably good well beyond my expectation, from the day they started they were punctual and hard working very skilfull no job was too hard for them.
