Ignite provided an excellent service, installing a whole new bathroom suite and upgrading a tiny shower-room to also include a new 2-in-1 toilet and sink. Callum communicated very well, indicating when work would be undertaken and what expected finish times might be. His quote was very competitive and he impressed with his calm and personable nature. He undertook some additional requests while he was was at the property, all at very reasonable rates. I will happily use the company again.

From the minute he turned up and protected the floors and furniture to his attention to detail and quality during the work, it was absolutely first class. This company are just acting as middlemen and charge a fortune for it! £82.50 (per 30 mins), but minimum 1 hour, plus VAT on top! They didn’t advise VAT wasn’t included in the initial quote either. However, they arranged a tradesmen to attend within a few hours of the initial call and he was very good.
